Doctors may find listening to music on hold annoying because they do not see value in it. SoundCare messages, on the other hand, provide real value that the physicians can see and track.

The law does not allow any unauthorized use of music for the benefit of your business. Legally, you are required to pay licensing fees to the performing rights organizations, BMI, ASCAP, and SOCAN if you play the radio, a music tape, or CD. Radio can inadvertently advertise your competition, provide faulty reception, and even be offensive to your callers. With the radio, you have an uncontrollable on-hold environment, and if you choose to do nothing, silence can make the wait time seem three times longer than it actually is.

Yes, we have many clients who request programs produced in other languages. While Spanish is the most often requested language, we can provide service in nearly any language. We use only professional voices.
We are happy to accommodate any special voice talent requests. We will provide the services of our health writers, translators, clinicians, studio expertise, and the right voice to meet your non-English speaking needs. A quote can be provided once we have seen a copy of your script.
